Fitout is our highest priority commercial sector and it is where our self-delivered carpentry capability is most useful, because in a fitout the carpentry is usually the critical path.
Most fitouts happen in buildings where other people are working, trading or living. We are used to it. Out of hours and weekend work, building management liaison, dust and noise control, protection of common areas, goods lift bookings and after-hours access are all part of the job, and they get planned before we start rather than negotiated on the fly.
We are comfortable working to a completed design from your architect or interior designer, tendering competitively against a full documentation set, or coming in early to price concepts and advise on buildability and cost. We can also introduce you to designers we work with regularly if you do not have one.
