2. We confirm the site. If you already have land, we work with it. If you do not, we help you find the right location that suits your business and your budget, through McBride Property & Development.
3. We design to your brief. Our in-house team develops a concept and layout around your requirements, with realistic costings from the start, so you can see what the building will do for you and what the lease will look like.
4. We consent and build. McBride Construction delivers the project as main contractor, with our own quantity surveyors, project managers and carpenters on the job, and one company accountable for the result.
5. You move in, and we stay on. You take occupation of a building made for your business on an agreed lease. We can also look after ongoing maintenance and facilities management, so the building keeps performing.
